Biography:

Riding since 1971, albeit with 14 year gap between selling 1978 Ducati SS900 in 1994 and buying an F800ST in 2008. I thought I'd keep the F800 forever as nothing else on the market suited me as well. However my lustful eye was captured by the new liquid cooled R1200R so the F8 has gone to a new home. Not that distant, though - sold to the son of a mate, so almost still in the family.
Now that the ST has been out of my garage since 2015, I rarely visit this forum.
