FS: 2013 F800GT w/many extras 9k miles lowered to $7695 Knoxville, TN

OVERVIEW:

As members of this forum know, this is a highly competent, versatile and reliable sport-touring bike. Mine is in excellent condition with low miles and lots of extras. The beautiful F800GT has consistently received rave reviews from the motorcycling media for good reasons. It's extremely comfortable, user-friendly, responsive and nimble, with exceptional handling. Impeccable BMW engineering and build quality have been applied to unique design features, like the under-seat gas tank (lower center of gravity) and single-sided swingarm with light, clean, maintenance-free belt drive. The included modifications make this machine perfect for rides of any length, including long-distance touring. Its easygoing nature makes it great for commuting or day trips to the mountains, too. Depending on buyer preferences, additional accessories are available from the seller for prices negotiated at the time of sale.

N.A.D.A. does not have a listing for any version of the 2013 F800GT. Kelly Blue Book shows a common price of $7,130 for the base model with “typical” mileage and average condition. This motorcycle is not the base model, it's the fully-optioned Premium model. It also has much less than average mileage, is in virtually brand-new condition (see full disclosure of extremely minor blemishes below), and comes with numerous upgrades that significantly improve the riding experience in many ways. BLEMISHES:

Right rear body panel has very small scuff mark from side case contact prior to lid modification
Side case lid modified to avoid rubbing body panel. Cases/mounts were designed for F800ST,
which had slightly different body panel shape; no Shad side case option was available
for GT. This modification doesn't affect water-tightness or locking security.
Dash has small melted spot where sun was concentrated by OEM windscreen (spot now
covered by anti-glare surround)
OEM windscreen has several small white-ish spots from solvent splash
Original owner's manual with service record dealer stamps was lost; replacement manual is
included, but it does not contain service records for this bike

Do you have rear and front pitbull stands? Also the peg for the rear stand?

I do have the PitBull stands, but they're not for sale - I use them for other bikes. The peg for the rear stand is listed in the ad as the One Arm Rear Stand pin.
