Just registered. They said no more lodge rooms or Laurel cabins left. I had to get a Hemlock cabin. So, I guess I better get my riding buddy to come with me. Not a bad thing.

Just booked my Laurel cabin. Zcool, you must have spoken to someone who didn't check properly (or the guy I spoke to didn't). I was told a few days ago that F800riders had 21 rooms of the lodge reserved and as of last week nine were booked and nine Laurels were left, well...... eight now.

As of today - 14 rooms of 21 reserved, about a dozen cabins from the F800 Riders group. Zero rooms remaining if you don't mention the group. My guess is that ~6 folks reserved rooms outside of our group.
*REMEMBER* - you need to REGISTER for the rally on F800Depot.com to attend. Depending on demand, you may end up losing your reservation if we're sold out, we need rooms, and you haven't registered officially for the rally yet.

I know this is the height of ignorance but, when is the rally?
I'd like to attend for the first time. Actually, it will be my first motorcycle rally ever as the F800 is my first motorcycle ever. I couldn't attend anything last year. It seems the government really enjoys my company and they invited me to attend a little social outing they are having in Afghanistan.
I hope the rally will be more entertaining.
Weekend of Oct. 1-2. Some will arrive earlier in the week.
To get your rally admission, see-

This does not include lodging but does include some meals and other stuff.
Hope you can make it this year!

It ain't broke yet, but I can fix that!
Let me improve it until it's inoperative!
Goodday! Am I allowed to register even if I can't join? I will just have to pay for the registration to avail of the patch,T-shirt,sticker,certification or whatever is included in the said event.
Fyi. I'm from the Philippines.

My room that has been reserved is available to a board member. Because of the oil spill in the gulf, my wife and I are going to our California home until BP gets their head out their a$$. I had reserved the Lodge room with 2 beds at $79. If you have any questions or want the room please PM me. thanks
Well the cutoff time is fast approaching! I have the time off so think I will be coming down. Anyone going from the Toronto area? I see a couple from Ohio. Anyone out there want to split a cabin?

Is any rider attending the Rally from the Seattle area?
Just made my reservation. There are still rooms and cabins available.

I am all registered and got myself one of their new Cabins. Planning to depart either from Toronto or from just north of Vermont.
Anyone else from Toronto or Montreal heading down?

I'm coming from Greensboro, NC, and at this point, I'll likely head out west after the rally...got at least 1 weeks worth vacation to use up. Willing to ride with others that direction after the rally.

Hello all,
Just registered and booked one of the Laurel cabins. I'm working on getting my local riding buddy to come along with me. Hopefully, he'll be able to make it.
I'll be riding down from North Wales, PA. Plan to leave on 29th and arrive in Fontana on the 30th.
Looking forward to meeting up with all of you.
Cheers,
Yathin
I just reserved a Caboose along the BRP in Virginia for the journey home!

Sad to say I won't be making this years rally. I had promised an old friend (best friend from high school days) that I would work with him at the Campbell Folk school Festival in Brasstown,NC and the dates coinside with each other. I've made the others and will miss seeing everyone. Have fun, ride safely.
Rich,
We'll miss you!
