Originally trained ... and worked as a head chef for many years. Then retrained in IT and rose to global IT infrastructure manager for a major Finnish company, eventually found the intense global travel to be too rough so now sell BMW motorbikes for the last 6 years until I retire soon .... although we're moving from BMW to KTM shortly.
