HP4 Competition available in Nashville!

It's very nice. It's a step down from what I've done to my '12 S1000RR, but it does have the DDC suspension. That could be very nice to have, as my suspension is set pretty stiff and while cruising the highway things can get pretty bumpy. But if one didn't already have a boatload of S1000RR upgrade parts sitting around, this is a nice package, factory tuned and ready to rumble!

And I just found this thread from the archives, where I speculated on a hypothetical "HP4" in 2009...interesting to see where I was right...and where I was totally wrong

Yeah that could have been mine but I passed on it. I got the standard version instead. Didn't want to pay $4500 for some carbon fiber and blue wheels. It's a beautiful bike to be sure, but I've got all the functionality and most of the looks. I had the standard version on order with Glenn from back in November, just picked it up at Bloodworth a week ago Saturday. Number 1227. Out of a total of 2500? They gave me a better trade in than Pandora's and a better deal.

Very nice. How has the reliability been for yours? I am thinking all will be good. My two previous S1000rr's displayed very good reliability.
